Credits are non-refundable and expire 12 months after purchase. Inactive accounts (24 months) may be removed.

9. Trial, Payments, and Cancellation

Free trials are for new users only. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled:

Monthly: cancel at least 3 days before billing

Annual: cancel at least 10 days before renewal

No refunds for unused time.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT Pearls, LLC (doing business as Pearls from a PT) and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify or discontinue it at any time without notice.

12. External Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites or content linked from our site.

13. Third-Party Software

Third-party tools are governed by their own terms. We are not liable for their performance or issues.

14. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees about the service. You use it at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.

15. General Legal Terms

These terms form the entire agreement between you and us.

They are governed by the laws of Utah. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Chicago, IL, or through arbitration where applicable.

16. SMS Communications

PT Pearls, LLC offers users the ability to opt into separate types of SMS text messaging programs via independent checkboxes on our website forms.

Transactional Messaging Opt-In: By explicitly opting into transactional messages, you consent to receive informational alerts, text notifications, appointment confirmations, and scheduling reminders from PT Pearls, LLC.

Promotional Messaging Opt-In: By explicitly opting into promotional messages, you consent to receive marketing updates, promotional offers, discounts, and educational content from PT Pearls, LLC. Promotional consent is completely optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

General Program Terms & Disclaimers: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and subscription preferences.

Opt-Out & Support Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
