I’m Lori, a physical therapist with almost 30 years of experience helping people move better, feel better, and thrive. Over the years, I’ve worked with busy people of all ages especially parents, professionals, and retirees, and I’ve seen how small, intentional changes can make a big impact on our health and wellness.
But I’m not just a PT—I’m a middle-aged wife, mom, and working professional who knows firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle life while staying healthy and active. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing practical tips, tools, and strategies to help you age actively, live fully, and feel your best.
